Can I get the money back when I delete my account?

According to our commercial terms of use, article 8, you may cancel your order until the order is prepared and shipped. All related payments will be reimbursed. By deleting your account, all orders that have not yet been prepared will be canceled and handled as if you would have manually canceled them. For all other orders you cannot get your money back.
