In which countries can I use QR-Help?

Submitting orders at QR-Help is limited to residents of the European Union. This means that only individuals living within EU member states can subscribe to our service and receive the QR-Code labels. However, the rescue page, which is accessed by scanning the QR-Code in emergencies, can be opened worldwide. This ensures that your vital medical information is accessible to first responders no matter where you are.

Although we are not currently aware that any country is specifically blocking our website, we cannot guarantee the availability in every country. However, we do not expect any issues in the European Union, non-EU European Economic Area member states, the United Kingdom, North America, Australia or in New Zealand.
