Why do gifts have a geographical limitation?

You can only make use of QR-Help if you have received your customized stickers and can attach them to personal items. These stickers will be sent to you by mail, the shipping costs are already charged when purchasing the gift certificate. Since shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, we limit the use of gift certificates to a pre-defined country.

Information for the gift giver:
. If you would like to gift a QR-Help subscription to a friend, please select your friend's home country. If you do not want to bind your gift recipient to a geographical limit, you can select ‘Do not set geographical limit’. In this case, the highest shipping costs will be charged by default. If you have selected the wrong country, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one.

Information for the recipient:
. Unfortunately, if you are presented with a gift certificate that has the wrong geographic restriction, you will not be able to redeem it. Please inform your gift donor. He or she will have to cancel the order and place a new one.
