QR-Help stores four types of data. In the following overview, you can see a short summary of the data we collect in relation to the user group of the website users. - Respond to attacks on the infrastructure
- Find system bugs (errors)

- QR-Help staff
When will the data be deleted?
- Within the legal deadlines
Tracking Data
What data is collected?
- IP address (anonymised)
- Metadata (date, time)
- Selected Language
- Page URLs
- Information about the browser and operating system ('User-Agent')
- Correlations between different page requests
What is the reason for the data collection?
- Inform the QR-Help staff about the system usage
How is the data processed?
- The data is anonymised
- Then, it is stored and statistically analysed
- The tracking data is not combined with data gathered for other users. In particular, no link between tracking data and data given by the user is made.
